Welcome to our website.  We encourage and promote all aspects of safe and respectful outdoor hunting and fishing activities, especially for  our youth.  Membership in the club is required to use the resources at our facility.  For information about our club, schedule of upcoming events, and results of past events, please click on the area that interests you from the column on the left side of this page.  You will be taken to the appropriate page for the most current information.  You must be a member of the club to use our facility.  If you are already a member, please have your membership card with you when you are at the club, as we do perform membership checks at various times.

Chaseburg Rod and Gun Club Youth Trap League
(formerly Chad Herbst Youth Trap League)
An instructional youth trap league with instructors provided.
Ages 12 - 16 are eligible, unless you have already shot the league 3 times already. (3 times maximum participation)
Registration on Tuesday May 28th from 4:30 - 7:00 pm
Participation fee is $25 which includes shells, birds, trophys and a pizza dinner at the party shoot on the last night of league.
Shoot 50 rounds each evening, starting at 6 o'clock
June 3 - Monday
June 5 - Wednesday
June 10 - Monday
June 17 - Monday
June 24 - Monday (shoot first, then pizza party!!)

Thanks to the 16 - 18 men, women and kids who took time out of their weekend to come down to the club and help clean up on May 11th.  Wood was cut, brush was cleared, rifle range backstops were cut, windows washed, grass trimmed, kitchen clean up and general overall maintenance was accomplished.  And thanks to Marvin for the lunch!  Thanks to everyone who came down and helped out.  It takes a lot of work to keep a facility as large and as nice as our club presentable and operating.


The rifle and pistol range will be closed on these dates:

Every Tuesday after 4 starting April 16
June 27 after 3
June 30 until 1 pm
July 20 until 1 pm
August 11 all day for Defensive Pistol Class


It is also possible the rifle range may be closed at times not scheduled or posted due to unscheduled maintenance.  We try to keep this to a minimum.  Thank you in advance for understanding.
